I purchased a set of dining table and a set of breakfast table, a sofa and a chair and two tables from them. When we received the order. We found out the dinning table was damaged badly at the edge. There was no hardware came with breakfast table. And missing another two parts for the serving table and the arm-chairs. I have contacted the sales person and the delivery department. They are not very helpful. After I called the sales person few more times about my order problems. She basically told me she was only in charge of selling the furniture. I should deal with the customer service department. And she never returned my call again. Before they came over to pick up the damaged table to fix, I told her and the delivery department to make sure they would send me the missing hardware at the same time. They both said that's not a problem. But they didn't send me the hardware when the damaged table was picked up. None of the table sets we can use now. One set is missing hardware. One set is missing the table top. Another one and a half week passed, they could not tell me how long I will receive them. We have paid in full for the furniture. It's such a nightmare! It's the worst customer experience to me. I wish I have read the reviews from the web before I went to the Parks furniture store.
