We contacted Ryan by email, he called me back the same day and was able to drop to take measurements for the quote. He was patient with me and took time to explain his plan. He sent us an email with a 3d design shortly after. We saw other projects on his website and we liked what we saw, the price was what I expected to spend, so we hired him. The following Monday he poured the cement footings, started the deck on Thursday and finished Friday. My neighbour said she hadn't seen anybody work that hard in a long time. I have a shared driveway with my neighbour, Ryan was very careful to contain and minimize the sawdust mess, which helps to maintain a good relationship with my neighbour. The finished product was beautiful, better than we expected, added a bench, bar top railings and solar lights. Great communication from start to finish, no complaints, 10/10 would suggest to a friend.

They were able to schedule us in within a week. The workmanship was excellent and the garage looks great. The team was friendly and I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

Mark arrived on time to provide the quote. The deposit was reasonable and in line with the cost raw materials required to start the work. Communication before the installation was easy, he replied to emails and phone messages quickly. He arrived on time to start work on the day of installation. He did some clever things I wouldn't have thought of like prioritizing the fridge circuit and rooms I needed electricity for other work on the home that day. Mark is very courteous and thoughtful, he offered to help me if I ran into problems with other home improvements I was working on that day (I'm not very handy).
