Fuad answered our call quickly late Sunday afternoon. After my husband gave him the symptoms Fuad knew what the problem might be. He made and appointment for the next morning, arrived on time and proceeded to diagnose and explain the problem. He was efficient, meticulous, knowledgeable and professional. Company came fairly quickly to cover the existing leak from old shingles last August/September. Delivery of supplies was late, roof looked terrific when finished. There were two issues we asked to be fixed, a leak at the front corner of the house by our front entrance and water showering over back deck. We have called and spoken to Mike and were promised it would be fixed, we have left voicemail and email. Even had an employee call to say he was coming on a certain day to fix it and he never showed up. It has not been fixed, and we are left with a dangerous slippery driveway in winter when snow melts, leaks on driveway and turns to ice. We are not happy customers as ten months is too long to fix a small problem.

I called Roadrunner Bins on a Thursday to book a bin delivery for Saturday to clean out a house to get it ready for sale. We discussed the size of bin I would need. Doris was informative, friendly, just great to deal with. Neil arrived right on time at 7:00a.m. to unload the bin. Two people who were an absolute pleasure to deal with, fast, fair, friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use them in the future, if you are looking for a great company don't hesitate, this one is the real deal all the way.

I chose Techno Kitchens after reading the fabulous reviews on HomeStars. Our cupboards were no longer eligible to be re- faced so we opted for a brand new kitchen. From the moment we met Sherry her friendly approach, knowledge, design help and patience with my many question made us choose Techno. Then we met Frank (the owner) and it was the same thing. Just extraordinary people who know their business. As the date approached for a our cabinet installation the excitement built. We were so very lucky to have Mike and Max arrive at our home to do the installation. Two extraordinary carpenters who were meticulous. These two men were friendly, tidy, courteous and their attention to detail was awesome. They worked together in a small area like a well choreographed team. Mike was meticulous in every aspect of his work. Max was so very patient when I would second guess myself and decide I needed an extra shelf. Max built me the most awesome spice drawer. Techno was able to recommend other trades that we needed and they were also a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job. Sheri knew my design choices and was able to help with advise to make my vision come true. I want to thank you all very much for making our kitchen renovation seem like an easy job. Shane was able to fit us in to his incredibly busy schedule, worked and finished within our tight time frame. He is the man you need if you want plastering done, his work is absolutely terrific. He even added a couple of extra fixes without charging more than the original quote. I had read his reviews and wanted Shane to do the job, was so very glad he was able to do our walls. We were doing a kitchen renovation and Pablo answered our questions and concerns, came up with ideas we had not thought of and did several things which made the kitchen even better. Garnett of Lazer Group is an absolute gem. He arrives on time, diagnoses problem, fixes appliance, cleans up and is on his way. Gives advise on how to give longevity to the appliance. I would reccomend him to anyone. A one in a million.

Owner of Kajen group canopies, Scott gave us a lead time of 8 weeks to make and install.Did not return calls, returned some emails. Came to install 6 months later. Some issues with canopy he said he would take care of after installing. Did a horrible installation job, caulking job was an absolute mess, he admitted after the fact he cannot caulk at all. Left dark brown caulking in gobs on pale cream siding. Left a four inch gap between house and canopy as he couldn't intall flush to the siding so rain comes down on the veranda. Damaged my railing with his scafolding. Absolutely no follow up or contact in six weeks. I have to either pay someone to try and fix this or I have to remove canopy and install new siding on my two story home.As a senior citizen it is so disheartening to have someone do this to my home. I would not refer him to anyone.
