I cracked a 3'x5' rear-facing window installing a $50 blind, so I did not want to have to pay a fortune to get a new window. All the other installers wanted to charge me $1000+. I could not understand why. Ryan quoted me $375 all-inclusive. I was so shocked I almost didn't want to believe but couldn't say No. I had read some negative reviews from 2 other customers and almost cancelled. But then I met Ryan, and he waived his deposit when I shared what I had learned. He also explained some of the back-story and he followed up on my job, kept me informed, delivered a turnaround in a week (what he had said) showed up when he said and took just about 30 mins to install. On top of which, I liked him. He is easy-going, upfront and no mess. I kept an open mind, and I am glad I did. He made the job as easy I had hoped and I am left to wonder what the rest of the money would have gone to if I hired the other contractors.
