I needed to get some iron railings done and Pro Weld was the first (and last) company that I called. I spoke to Tal and he was polite, professional and very personalable from the get go. The quote was a bit high since I had nothing to compare it to but the end result is stunning. My home is more beautiful than before!!! He always answered my calls, returned messages and kept in touch to let me know how the work was progressing. His employees came three time to do fittings to endure that everything would run smoothly on installation day. I would absolutely recommend Pro Weld to anyone that needs to get iron work done. Thank you Tal for your great customer service, your expert advice and great disposition!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone but we had no choice but to deal with them since we bought a new home. There are many chips on our cabinets and our pantry isn't the same color as the rest of the cabinets. A rep from Frendel called and set up and appointment to get the repairs done and no one showed up! After calling to find out why no one showed up, I was almost chastized for not calling sooner to tell them that no one showed up! I can't beleive that the rep tried to blame me for not telling her that the worker didn't show up. She was rude and unapologetic. The other sales rep does not have a good command of english and is quite rude as well as abrupt. They have absolutely no customer service skills. I would neither recommend this company or its products to anyone.
