We were very happy with our salesman Adriano, he was very friendly and not pushy at all. He got back to us with a quote in a couple of days and came back to the house when we had more questions, before we decided. Our installers were very nice as well, Andrew and another fellow whos name I forget. I was impressed that they dragged around a small but powerful vacuum to every room they worked in and cleaned up after themselves. Overall very happy with the service, our windows and sliding doors look great.
