Having used Renewal by Anderson previously and having such a positive experience I recently had them install a new patio door and 3 new windows. The communication with RbA was clear and they responded to all my questions and concerns promptly and pleasantly. The consultants and Technician were friendly and knowledgeable. We were pleasantly surprised when the product and installation happened earlier than anticipated too! Vlad and Mike who installed the door and windows were efficient, pleasant and very accommodating. We were unable to remove venetian blinds or put them back up and we asked them to wear masks. The accommodated us and we appreciated the extra effort. I am now waiting for my entry door courtesy of RbA! Will keep using these folks and highly recommend them.

We recently moved to our house in Victoria which needed a considerable amount of work to be done in the front to improve "Curbside Appeal" and to remediate some steps that were a potential dangerous hazard. Michael came in having only seen photos of the situation and did an incredible job in the projected time frame of two days and was within budget. What impressed us most,apart from the quality of the job, was the wonderful "eye' he had for the aesthetics which combined with his perfectionistic approach to both the detail and the finished product itself.
