I needed the dryer vent re-attached and he fixed that problem. The bigger issue was the washing machine - he misdiagnosed it twice. I paid for his service and the part but the issue persisted. He said he guaranteed his work, but he wouldn't do anything about the misdiagnosis without a charge. I got a second opinion that confirmed George's work and both diagnoses were incorrect. I had to throw the washer out. I reached out to George to request a refund for the work he did on my washer, but he has been ignoring my messages. Would never use again.
