Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Technician arrived with in the time frame stated at the time the appointment was made. He introduced himself and why he was here, he was courteous and very professional. When finished he explained what he did and what part was changed and why.

I was very happy with the installers they were very professional, courteous and finished the roof with in the specified time frame. They also made sure that the property was cleaned up before leaving each night. Chris was very knowledgeable about the product and any questions I had regarding the roof he took the time to answer. When the job was completed William the installer provided me with his number to call if we had any problems or additional questions. I feel they went beyond and above.
