Called ASC and spoke to Terry, he was very polite and friendly and gave me a tentative repair date based on my availability. The night before I got a call from a friendly gentleman to confirm a appointment and gave me a two hour window. Darcy showed up well within the given window (which any busy professional can appreciate), he went over what the problem was and gave me the EXACT cost of repairs on the spot. Darcy was knowledgeable, personable and professional. I will use nobody but ASC from now on.
