After interviewing 2 other companies I decided to use Simply Blinds and became a repeat customer for blinds for an addition to my renovated house. I chose Simply Blinds because she was very knowledgeable, the price was competitive and her communications were always prompt and clear. Kirstyn, the owner of Simply Blinds, was always on time, answered my numerous questions, was professional and offered welcome opinions when it came to deciding blind material/optimal operation of specific blinds for each window. I really liked that she is detail oriented and this made me feel confident in her company/services. She works with awesome installers, who were also professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quick. We purchased all motorized shades in our home and they have been working great. We did have a problem with two shades about 1 year after installation, and Kirstyn had a service person out to trouble shoot. One was fixed on the spot and the other was replaced by the manufacturer and back to our home within 2 weeks at no cost to us. She and the companies that she uses stand behind their warranties. I would not hesitate to recommend her company to others
