I've hired Amazing Results several times to clean my carpets but this year I went for grout cleaning too. I wasn't sure what to expect. I have lovely almond-coloured travertine and the grout was once almond coloured too, but had become black. Amazing Results made that grout sparkle like I never thought possible. It's a great service and great customer service too - polite and really motivated to make the customer happy. Highly recommended.

Hi Luz, thank you for your review. I'm so glad you took us up on our offer to do a free demo of one of your tiles. I knew from seeing the results that they would clean up like new. I have to say when your husband came home at the end of the job, it was the first time I seen a customer do a happy dance :-)

Booked LawnSavers in 2013 - about $1000 in lawn care services to restore a poor lawn. They came throughout the summer but we did not see any improvement in the lawn (in fariness, it was a very hot summer) so we decided not to renew. In the fall a letter came saying that if we did not renew, the price would go up. We did not renew then so assumed the service was over. In the spring, an employee came and applied some lawn treatment. We told that person that we had not booked and did not want any service. Nevertheless, a bill came saying we had been absent at the time of service and were to pay for the application. When we tried to resolve this with customer service they were hostile - blaming us for not reading the fine print of the fall letter and for slow payment. They were rude. We paid the bill but will never use this service again nor recommend it to others. This company does not care about its customers.

I'm very concerned and surprised by your review. Although I don't know who this is. No one should be treated rudely. I need to know who you are so I can help. Please call me at 905-707-9994 or email me at kylet @ lawnsavers.com. We record calls internally so i can assure you that i will look into this complaint.
We guarantee our lawn renovations as long as you do your part with watering and mowing, so I'm surprised that if their was an issue we weren't informed to address it.
Please note:
1. We inform all our customer that our service continues each season on the phone when you first sign up, your confirmation contract letter before service begins and at least 10 times throughout the season and off-season, by phone call, letters and a call ahead before we begin. We don't like surprises anymore than you do. All we ask is to simply call if you do not want us to come out again.
2. We do not send letters threatening to increase prices if you don't renew, In fact our letters remind you we offer a continuing service on the envelope and within the letter itself. (in fact we haven't raised prices in 2 years)
3. We offer a prepayment discount for early-bird payment.
