Absoultly no service. Had to wait till assistant manger finished her break in order to get some sort of clear response to my interogations. After purchasing close to $1300.00 my wife needed to use a washroom but structube policy is no customer are allowed to use thier washrooms (Unreal). When asked if they could delever the product bought at a store location closer to our home since they charge extra for delevary, we where told that they do not do this as it messes their inventory. Bottom line a much needed course in customer relation would help. Unless the companies overall attitude reflexes your staff's which seem to not care... In the future I will be looking else where for my furniture needs, a place where service is part of the mission.
