We highly recommend Greg Goodwin, Roofing 101. After a home inspection discovered an isolated blackish area in our attic of our four month old roof, we had two mould remediation companies in to inspect. We felt that addressing the cause (bathroom fan/vent) and completely removing that portion of the roof was the only option we were comfortable with. Greg of Roofing 101 was polite, punctual and explained the process clearly. He even moved all the insulation and inspected the bathroom drywall ceiling and surrounding area and took pictures so we could ensure that there were no other blackened areas.
