Our GE Profile Performance refrigerator was dying was slow, very warm death. We called Aubrey, spoke with a nice woman who relayed our call to him and he called us back in 5 mins. He was able to schedule an appointment with us for that afternoon, and was very detailed during his repairs. He diagnosed the issue as the thermostat, and thoroughly cleaned the fridge "innards" including unclogging the drain line and de-icing the compressor which was badly encased in ice. All in all it was great.

We've been using CFB for 3 years and have generally been happy. They show up when they say they'll show up, they answer the phone, and everyone seems honest and trustworthy. Only comment I have is their office always seems a little noisy/chaotic, but it doesn't seem to affect their performance in any other way. I'm happy with them to date...Pat

Our drain was backing up and I couldn't figure out why. I tested all the drains in the house with my own auger and was unable to locate the clog. I also cleaned out our waste line clean-out (inside the house) and still no luck. Roy showed up on a Sunday AM with his power auger, found the clog in the main sewer line and had it cleared in 10 mins. It was great, and was happy we found him.
