I just moved into a new house and had to furnish it from scratch. That meant i had a garage full of boxes and packing material instead of room for 2 cars. The guys showed up and in about 8 minutes, the whole thing was done and i had space again! it would have taken me most of the next year getting rid of all that stuff, and that doesn't include the time it would take to break it down in a way that would fit into bins (or my car if i decided to drive it to the dump - which i probably wouldn't do). Thanks guys!!! It was quick and came in at the price they quoted.

It had been almost a year since I had our couches cleaned, and with 3 young kids, they take a lot of abuse. I loved the online quoting request service and their customer service when working out the quote details was excellent. They showed up when they were scheduled and did a great job. Were fast too! Everything was explained before the job started and he asked me if there were any problem areas he needed to know about. He also gave me some tips on keeping our light coloured furniture clean longer. I very much enjoyed the experience, especially compared to the last company I used where their quote was no where close to the price they ended up charging me, they took longer, and made a mess of my floors. I had to mop up afterwards but the gentleman that came from 416-so-clean wiped up the excess liquids that ended up on the floor. No extra work for me! I’d definitely recommend them and have them back when the furniture starts to look like it could use a wash again.

I bought a voucher for this using Living Social. In the beginning it was almost impossible to book an appointment because sending an e-mail took almost 2 weeks before you would get a reply and they were booking 2--4 weeks in advance. Finally they added an online booking feature which i used. I booked for June 7th (on April 16th) and received an e-mail from them on April 29th saying it was confirmed. They didn't show up. i didn't hear from them and couldn't get a hold of them yesterday when i tried to confirm they were coming. I definitely don't recommend dealing with this company even if you are getting a discount deal.

We hired Craiglee after asking people we saw with home additions, who they got and if they liked them. Craiglee got nothing but positive reviews so we met with them. We knew from the start they were the contractors for us. They were professional and you could tell they knew what they were talking about. They also we willing to get involved right from the beginning, before the design was even completed (or any contracts signed), to answer our questions and help us understand what was and wasn’t possible (but they did not interfere with the design process or try to do what we hired our designer for. Our designer actually worked with them for a few things in the end so everything would be just right). They gave a very competitive quote and it was an easy decision for us. Ed and Craig have a lot of enthusiasm and they obviously love what they do. Ed is also great at keeping one step ahead of the work to catch any problems that might come up before they actually become problems (like the fact that our house is a little crooked and so putting on a second floor has had them working hard to make it work just right). We’re also kept constantly informed of the work and Ed gives us suggestions when we ask on ways to make things just a little better than we had originally planned (like door placements and window sizes). They started exactly when they said they would and told us it would take about 6 months. We all know there are delays that can happen but even with a few things that I thought would set them back, they stayed right on schedule! They actually feel more like family now. And the people they hire aspire to the same quality we’ve come to expect of Craiglee. And are just as friendly and enthusiastic about their work. It’s, honestly, a treat to visit the worksite to see the progress and be greeted with smiles and waves from people we’ve never met. I highly recommend Craiglee.
