May 2023 In good faith, I paid a $6,000. deposit on a generator, in early July 2022, 11 months ago. To date I have not received the generator or a refund of my deposit. Kris failed to respond to my telephone calls or e-mails. The same day, after I called Generac Generators to see if they had any information, Kris showed up at my home. He said the generator was "on it's way", the exact same line he used 11 months ago. He also said "it will take a few weeks" to return my money. The saga continues and will continue until I get my depoait back. The saga continues . . .
