My backyard was in desperate need of a refresh. I reached out to Kari at KT Landscape Design and he was of great assistance! Kari helped me plan and design my entire backyard including fence, deck, pergola, stonework, retaining wall and landscaping plants. He has an excellent knowledge of plants and gave me great suggestions. I appreciated his open and honest communication and he is very professional. He worked with me, going back and forth on every detail of my plan, in addition to consulting with the contractor who built the deck/fence. When working on the technical drawings, Kari was meticulous and precise, ensuring all measurements were accurate, adhering to my property survey. He also took into consideration the elevation and grade of my backyard. He provided me with a master plan for the site as well as a conceptual video. I recommend Kari and his services.

Alex and his team did a great job with our backyard. Our project consisted of demo and rebuild of a fence, deck and pergola. Alex listened to all of our concerns and put a plan into action. The crew respected our neighbours properties when building the fences. The new deck is of great quality and will not have structural issues like our old deck. The pergola will provide sun and rain protection for decades to come. They were precise with their measurements; nice detailing with scribing around irregular shapes; and took time to ensure everything is level, plumb and square. The end results are fantastic! We also appreciated Alexs communication style. He constantly kept us up to date with the teams schedule, as well as providing updates about some product delays that were out of his control. I hired Royal York Roofing 7 years ago for a different project and was very happy with their work back then. So, when my roof was leaking and water was coming into the house, I knew who to call. RYR was swift to quote me and they were able to prioritize my emergency job quickly. They fit me into their schedule within a week. While onsite, the crew was very thorough and meticulous. They did not rush the job; protected windows/shrubs with plywood and did a comprehensive yard cleanup afterwards. They are a very professional team and I would recommend them to anyone.
