Cesar, Owner, did the work himself. Condominium 1,000 sq. ft. All carpet in the home replaced with laminate/vinyl flooring. All baseboards replaced. New Kitchen counter, upgrade to marble, which he sourced at a huge cost savings. Bathroom: replaced vanity, new countertop like kitchen, all fixtures upgraded, new toilet, flooring, baseboards. Replaced closet clothes rod. No job too small. High degree of perfectionism. Strong customer service, listens to what I wanted and offered great alternatives if needed.
