I called the rep for Flat Rate Moving after finding their listing & he simply asked when I was looking to move, from where to where, and what needed to be moved...gave me a very reasonable estimate and we were all set. This being my first move within the city, I was very nervous. The movers arrived right on time. I simply showed them what needed to be moved and they took care of everything! They were definitely experienced and knew how to take care of everything...including dis-assembly of an bed in approximately 2 minutes. Another thing to note, is we had a couple more boxes than we estimated and they did not increase the cost of our move at all. We also had a lot of stuff, and the move took about 6 hours. Once at my new apartment, they loaded everything in and built the bed again in about 30 minutes! It was quite impressive to see how well they worked. Also, the gentlemen were extremely pleasant and nice to be around! I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. They followed through exactly with what was promised, highly professional, and a true pleasure!
