Where to begin.....Within minutes of posting my request on Homestars, early on a Sunday morning, I received a response from Rich. He came right out to see the property, gave me a quote and we agreed on the first week of October. They came on Monday, October 2. Rich is extremely personable, professional and very eager to make sure we were happy with the end result. Sergio worked from early morning til after 5:00pm. He was very meticulous and did exactly as we requested. Although there was a language barrier, we were able to communicate without too much trouble. Our bushes and trees were quite overgrown and many were too tall to reach without a ladder. Sergio worked on his own and was still able to to shape and groom these to look really good. We would recommend this company to anyone who asks. We will definitely be contacting Onescape Landscapes in the spring for the spring mulching etc.

We are pleased beyond belief with the work that Adam has completed in our home. He is the best we've seen in his work ethic, professionalism, work quality and personality. Adam cannot do enough for his customers to make sure the end result goes above and beyong their expectations. He works so hard and is always on time. He starts a job and works it steadily until it is completed. Adam is and will always be our "go to" guy no matter what the issue. If he cannot assist, we will trust whoever he recommends to do the job. He is amazing. Thank you Adam.

3 years ago our new 5lb. puppy chewed out the bottom of the stairs and along a baseboard. I found the remnants of the carpet so went on line and found Mark. He was very fast to respond. In the same week he came out and repaired both places. Most would have cut out the chewed strip only but when Mark saw a urine stain on the under side, he took it all the way back to the seam in the doorway, cut out all of the curves and angles and reinstalled the whole piece. I don't think he expected to be here for 3 hours for a relatively small job. He did a beautiful job. My next new carpet will come from Mark. Thank you Mark. You were terrific. B&E Perry.
