Good Bones Carpentry completed a major Main Floor Renovation for my very old house! They modernized it for me and did a fantastic job, very high quality finish. It consisted of demolition - walls, kitchen, flooring, framing to accomodate the new layout changes; complete new kitchen - new layout / re-framed/ new cupboards/ sink/ backsplash in brick, ceramic floors; new insulation throughout framing on entire main level, drywall/mudding, new trim, new hardwood floors throughout (Except kitchen), painting, caulking. They were great communicators, dependable, hard workers, and the finish was high quality. The team was a pleasure to have around, polite and respectful. They cleaned up the job site, leaving little for me to do. I had hired them prior, to do a complete reno on my basement unit. They turned into a beautiful apartment, with upgraded plumbing, electrical, new bathroom with heated porcelain flooring and modern look, a complete new kitchen, and open concept layout with live edge finishes. They can do framing, and they can do finishing carpentry. A good investment, they focus on quality. I will always recommend them !
