My furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year (-25 C) and the technician I have called in the past was out of country. I called Dupont...they are in my area and have been in business for 50 years. Mario phoned me back right away and offered to come at 11pm on the same day once he was done his other calls. Our fireplace and space heaters were doing a good job keeping the house warm so as much as I appreciated his offer on what for him was likely one of his busiest days of the year, I told him to arrive in the morning when he was fresh. He told me he'd arrive at 7:30am. Mario was at my door at 7:30am sharp. He diagnosed the problem in no time and made the repair. It's rare that I encounter a trade professional who came to me without a reference, who is as good at his job as I am at mine. I was impressed. Mario even phoned me the next day to follow up. Dupont is my new HVAC go to...these folks know how to run a professional trade services business. Thanks Mario!

Our shelving units were installed a week after we confirmed our order, that's unheard of fast. We ordered pretty basic white shelving systems. The shelves seem very sturdy, the price seemed quite competitive and the install was overall a good job. Recommended.

The team at Core Precision did a great job laying interlock on the front walkway of our house. It was a tough job that turned out to be more work than originally thought. The team stuck to their original quote and did a quality job. Highly recommended.

While digging in my basement, his team also repaired a a separate issue I was having, saving me the cost of an additional tradesman. The crew from MMT cleaned up so well, you couldn't even tell they were there. Highly recommended.

I have hired Demetris twice. Two years ago I found him here on Homestarts and hired him to sand and stain the floors in our new house. We had a tight timeline and needed him to do the work on a specific day. He met these timelines and did a quality job. I hired Demetris again just a few weeks ago to lay down new wood floors in our newly built addition to match the existing floors that he stained 2 years ago. Once again, Demetris did a great job. He is very reliable, does quality work , always shows up on time, sticks to his timelines, works really hard and always cleans up after himself. Demetris is a perfect example of a reliable, quality trade professional. It's a plus that he's also just obviously a good & kind natured guy. Highly recommended.
