We have used Steve in the past and trust not only his advice but also his quality, fast and helpful work. We had the water intake freeze up and break as well as celluloid. Balsam Pluming & Heating fixed up the plumbing with a quick install of a shut off and Steve order the part and replaced it the next day. I guess we need some additional insulation around those pipes.

We had a frozen water intake pipe on our dishwasher; we called Balsam and they said they could come out early the next day, so no water in the kitchen over night! Well Peter arrived that same day and with is young apprentice had us up and running prior to dinner. Another happy customer!

Many thanks to Dave and the install team at Fieldstone, we would highly recommend there services they where a great help from start to finish. They did a great job of maintaining the interior of our living room by suggesting a “split frame installation” and may an outstanding colour recommendation for the frame to boot. Nice work gents.

I had this company install a door 5 years ago on my garage and I have had nothing but trouble ever since. The product they sold me I am told is now longer manufactured because all the problems they've had, the calls for service have been awful. The service from the staff and owner where rude, I would never recommend this firm, I very dissatisfied.
