After Princess Perfect did an excellent job re-upholstering one of our grandparent’s armchairs, we then had them recover the seat cushions on our six dining room chairs. Juanita was very patient in helping us pick fabric styles and colours and with an eye to style, wearability and fashion for each type of chair. All the workmanship was excellent and with good attention to detail. The chairs look great. At our request, they sent out two of the dining room chairs to have the wood refinished and their supplier did a good job of matching the wood finish and colour with the other four chairs. Lisa Jo kept us well-apprised of the work progress. At the end we even had them make a cushion up from the small amount of fabric left over from the armchair. All-in-all a very positive experience. We highly recommend their work to others.

The part of the back of our single garage brick wall at and below grade was replaced by Joe and his A&A crew after the original brick had begun to break up. At his suggestion the below grade portion was replaced with more durable concrete bricks instead of clay bricks. A small number of ground level bricks at the side of our 1950's house were also replaced. The crew did excellent work and cleaned up afterwards..

Good friends of ours from around the corner had their house air conditioner fail on a day when the outside temperature was hovering around 35C. One of them has above average difficulty with the heat. They asked if I could help locate options for a new unit and I asked if they wanted to include Bilyea Bros who we had used successfully for service on our furnace the previous Fall. After calling a couple of contractors they knew of I called Bilyea and Phillip was able to provide a phone quote and juggle schedules to arrange an installation. Despite a backlog of calls David came right away to the house to sign the paperwork, and Mike and Julio arrived promptly the next morning to install a new unit. Both technicians worked through their lunch and diagnosed a faulty thermostat in addition to the failed AC. A real team effort. Both ladies in the home were extremely relieved and pleased to have such a prompt and professional response from Bilyea. The old unit was removed and the inside and outside areas left clean. While no one wants to suffer from the heat, what Bilyea Bros did for our neighbours made a huge difference in their lives.

As a three years of use very satisfied owners of a Softub at our cottage we met Talon Crocione, the Poolmaster Store Manager, at the 2013 Cottage Life Toronto Spring Cottage Show and we decided to have the motor and module plumbing checked to ensure that there were no pump maintenance issues that needed addressing before the tub went back into summer operation. We found Talon both knowledgeable and helpful in examining the pump module and reminding us of simple annual installation and maintenance steps for our Softub. The pump and plumbing did not require any additional service beyond the quick checkup. We purchased two new replacement short hoses and clamps to make it a bit easier to re-connect the pump module to the tub but this was only a preference step on our part. We can recommend Talon's services to Softub owners or potential Softub purchasers.
