In spite of pandemic delays plaguing the industry, the cover was delivered in a timely fashion. It looks great and fits perfectly. And it’s made in Canada.

We returned from vacation to find a cool house. Serviceman Derek arrived shortly after our call and quickly determined what was needed. As the Lennox Pulse furnace was about 20 years old, we decided that it was not worth the repair cost, considering that the air con compressor had been growling for several years. Another service provider repaired it, but told us it needed immediate replacement 5 years ago. Owner, Rob came to look at the job, provided an estimate and discussed alternative strategies in a prompt and courteous fashion. The job was completed on schedule according to the estimate provided and the work site was left clean. New Rheem furnace is quieter and provides faster heat than the old Lennox. We have also used this company for pool heater service with excellent results. They arrive when they say they will and do what is necessary as opposed to trying to sell unnecessary parts.

Serviceman arrived on time and was there for about one hour. He successfully repaired the broken spring. My concern is that he then proceeded to diagnose a number of other problems which he said needed attention. The price of the parts included 10 rollers at $12 each and a capacitor at $65, a spring at $125 and a drum at $60. I'm guessing a fair price for the work actually needed would have been about $200 less.
