He showed up to quote when he said he would. Great job with a nice, uniform finish on the walls without any streaking. We're very happy with the "cutting in" that he did around the trim. He used proper drop cloths and there were no splatters.
Great prices on the flooring, but don't even think about having them do the installation. Installer did a good job on the first install but a very poor job on the second installation in a different part of the house. He didn't undercut door frames, fireplace, etc. Flooring will have to be removed to fix the gaps. We're still waiting (for over month) for it to be fixed by a different installer. Sister had the some issues with her second installation by a different crew than the crew that did her first installation. Found this out after a I had my problems. :( Installation by the various self-employed installers is hit and miss.
Mitch installed a completely new roof on my home in 2010. I'm very happy with the job and his price was reasonable. When I cleaned some windows, I noticed a couple of nails in the flashing had popped up where I could see them but not reach them. I didn't want any problems with leaks so I called him and he came out, nailed them down, and re-caulked the heads with tar. He inspected other areas of the roof and applied some tar to other nail heads. (He didn't charge me for the "tune up") A great job and great follow-up service. I've recommended him to my neighbours.
