I experienced my first sewage back-up in my basement last week. I was going to call another company but when I read the reviews, they weren't very positive. I was very impressed by the service call with Slava who provided a very reasonable estimate for the work required and the quick resolution to my issue. The gentlemen who completed the work, were efficient, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. There were no hidden surprises like I've experienced in the past and I would definitely recommend DrainCom in the future!
