In a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Rick and his team have been the exception. The amount of care that they took to explain everything they were going to do and the steps in how they will do it. Rick was very transparent on the pricing and provided very very fair pricing. In fact, based on the level of excellence and the level of customer service, the services were underpriced. The yard was left in perfect condition when they were finished and they then took the time to explain how everything worked. Rick then followed up again to assure everything was up to our expectations. I am a very discerning buyer and have to say this was one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend them.
