I contacted Braymore to move a very large and very valuable French Antique Armoire into my third floor condo. Greg was great, answered all of my questions and provided me with everything I needed for the condo corporation to allow the move. They were very professional and took great care in seeing the piece was delivered safely. The entire process only took half an hour. I have a beautiful out door iron hurricane lamp that was given to me as a gift. It hangs from a chain and is quite heavy. I tried a few places to see if they were able to help me shorten the chain so I could hang it in a special place INSIDE my home ( above a very expensive piece of furniture ). It was a very small job but had to be done properly and cleanly ( I am very detail oriented ). I finally contacted Art Metal after finding them on line. Not only did they take me in the same day, finish the job in a few minutes, and did the work in front of me in their workshop, they did not charge me because it was such a quick and easy thing for them to do. They were very polite, courteous, professional and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. That is what I call fantastic customer service! The pieces they were working on in the workshop were lovely and the workshop was clean and organized. The people there are obviously true craftsmen. The place is easy to find and there is parking available. Thank you Art Metal! I will be back and will be recommending you to any one I know who needs this type of work!
