I have a washing machine that stopped draining. I had called another company to come in, however due to his confusion he did not show up for our appointment. I found Tony, and he was able to book me in the same day and came by in the evening to diagnose the issue. The pump went out and he ordered a new one and made sure to come back the next day to get it fixed. He's a real life saver as I had clothes that had been sitting in a bag drenched from the undrained water - which smelled gross. He was kind, polite, professional, and provided some of the best service I have ever experienced. I kept his card and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
