If you're looking for any sort of customer service, do not get your roof done by Jansen roofing. My roof was done in 2018 and I have been finding shingles and roofing nails all over my property for more than a year. I've been trying to contact Jansen Roofing and left multiple voicemails, but no one ever gets back to me- completely ignoring my calls and voicemails. They do NOT stand by their 10 year workmanship guarantee. I really don't know how they are still in business.
