Massive crack in basement tread Minor crack in finished tread growing Creaking/crackling Pickets and rails not sanded Gaps between treads and risers Customer Service - arrogant, unapologetic, doesnt care about aesthetics just what Tarion allows for, condescending I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS CO Ive included photos of a few issues- those gaps are on quite a few seams between risers and treads (was told by another co. They werent tightened properly). The crack in the finished stair is growing and this crack is starting on others. The finished areas look rough and they feel rough as well!!
