Gianmarco and crew have done several projects for us over the last year, all with great results. At 2 houses, they have done projects including landscaping, basement, electrical and multiple bathrooms. Further, they come to use as a referral from family who have had a complete basement remodel. All of the crew were great to work with including Gianmarco, Eric, Odesh, James, Christopher, Conner, Eugene, Grace and Anthony. Eric especially was always willing to listen, advise and address any concerns or preferences that we had. The scope of work was detailed and clear. Billing was done as progress was made. Changes were documented and upcharges and credits were clearly indicated. We will definitely be working with MTEC for any future work and have recommended them to family, friends and neighbours.

This was an interesting project in a whole. We started with a fence and bathroom, and the trust that you gained with us led to an additional 2 bathrooms, basement, and full house makeover. It was truly a pleasure to work with you Paul and Suzanne, you were both a pleasure to work for and I enjoyed our coffee table talks. This is another client that shows that once you start with MTEC, many more future projects get added once they feel the security and comfort that we will perform and do a great job, with honesty.

Andrii responded quickly and provided a very competitive quotation. The installers arrived on-time and completed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the work performed. I had a few questions about the warranty for the waterproofing work and Carl, the owner, stepped up to provide all of the clarification I needed to be assured that I would be looked after in the future. 2 thumbs up for this company.

Oleg and his team promptly got in touch with me and provided a very competitive quotation. His team arrived on-time, did great work and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. They even did some minor gutter repairs that were not in the original quotation. Thank you Home Vision.
