I had such a horrible experience with this company. The sale rep (Larry) was enthusiastic and friendly BEFORE we made the purchase. Once we paid the deposit for a $100k deal for whole house doors and windows, the rep was rude to both me, my husband, my builder and architect. Also it was so difficult to get hold of the rep to follow up the progress to the point that we had to go to the office and demand to speck to the manager and requested not to deal with that rep again The delivery was delayed for a few months and it help up my house building for months. Products delivered and few pieces of broken glass, missing pieces and no front door. Stay away from this company unless you have a lot of time and energy to waste.

We have hardwood floor installed by Edson Hardwood for the whole upper level of our house in February. We are very happy of the quality of work Edson provided. Anita was very helpful & knowledgeable. She guided us through the whole process and explained in details how to choose & take care of the hardwood. We were on a tight budget & Anita really tried her best to reduce our cost as much as possible. The project finished on time and without any follow up required. I highly recommend this company to my friends and I will definitely hire them again for any future projects.
