Nordik did a fine job throughout the process (in the beginning). They came and gave me a quote, which was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. The followed up on it, and everything went fine ... until it didn't. They installed the windows but did not give me the trim that was in the contract (We ordered colonial trim and they put up flat trim in one room). When I questioned the installers, I was pretty much told "Take it or leave it". When I complained to Nordik, they asked for pictures and promised to make it right. That was 2 weeks ago, and I have not heard from them. However, they did cash my cheque within 1 day, so they ensured they got paid. The windows themselves look great, but customer service is absolutely awful.
