Electric unit replacement during ice storm
During an ice storm a tree in our fell taking out our power and damaging our electric unit box. Ionic was so amazing in their quick, cooperate, professional and thoughtful resposnse. Went out and beyond to assist us with everything we needed to get back our power as quickly and swiftly as pissible. They followed up and did everything possible to help us.
