We recently engaged Rhoan and his team to provide an integrated alarm and security camera system for our home. Our experience with Rhoan was exceptional. He attended at our home immediately and made himself available on a Sunday to accommodate our work schedule. He listened very carefully to our needs and concerns and addressed all of them with a comprehensive alarm and camera system. His depth of knowledge is evident and his attention to detail and customer care is unparalleled. Rhoan personally selected our equipment and he and Sheldon installed and adjusted all systems until everything was working perfectly. Sheldon was incredible at installing the equipment and remarkably patient as he ensured that our family all understood how to work with the systems. Rhoan was remarkably responsive to questions at all hours and came to our house on a number of occasions to install additional equipment that we decided upon. We are delighted with our new system and are so pleased to have met Rhoan and Sheldon who are the most wonderful people to work with . It has truly been one of the best customer service experience we have ever experienced. We actually found this Company and Rhoan on Homestars and engaged him because of the superb reviews.
