He is a very experienced contractor. Pricing came in at little under quote. They are great at explaining things if you have questions and problem solving. Always on time. Great at cleaning up. The project was: Basement Family room: Stud 2 outside walls, insulate, wall board, framed windows, built new 17' closet, framed for fireplace, framed in duct work Basement Bathroom: new build. studs, insulate, tile ceiling, door, closed in window, wall board. Framed under stairs closet and installed door New flooring in the compete basement: approx 1,300 sq.ft. I did not get any other quotes for this job. They came recommended by a neighbour who he had done work for and were also pleased with his work. In my first conversations with the Owner, I just felt very confident in his abillity and work ethics. They are already booked for my Kitchen/Powder Room reno for this year.
