Close to one year after our install date, the front door handle became loose. After a minor panic attack, not sure of how to fix our door, called and met with the Manager of Customer Service and Repairs who patiently listened and then explained what I needed to do in order to fix the door. I appreciated the knowledge and level of customer care I received after the install.
