Three year old SolarEdge inverter, sold by Sundial, keeps showing 0 production every other month, started in May 2023. Tried other "installers" to come by but only Krimp actually scheduled an appointment and sent someone by to take a look. Unfortunately, the system started producing the day they came by, so trouble shooting was not possible, but they did do a software upgrade on the system and so far it has been working. The installer, David?, was very good at explaining what he was able to do and why he took the actions he did. Fast and friendly service.
