Perry and his crew at Trademark Electric came highly recommended by my plumber. From the first time I met Perry during the quoting process to now (4 months into our renovation), I have been nothing but impressed - and I am a very demanding customer! Perry and Steve always arrive on time and go above and beyond the call of duty to help us get through this summer renovation. I can recall one day when Perry and Steve stayed at my house in humid, sticky weather with no AC until after 9pm just so they could get the job done! I was amazed and am still grateful. Perry represents his company with dignity and professionalism. When we met, we walked around the house, discussing the electrical issues (our new insurance company wanted written proof that the electrical was updated, etc). Unlike other contractors I've met, Perry was honest with me and outlined my options. Within a few hours of our first meeting, Perry sent me an email, outlining the work we had discussed and how much it would cost. He also had written a letter to my insurance company! He then followed the email quote with a phone call to ensure I had received the email. Amazingly professional! Since then, Perry and Steve have completed work at our house every couple of weeks for about 4 months (as I'm writing this, Steve is updating the electrical in the garage). During the lowest point of our reno - when a horrible contractor installed the dishwasher improperly and flooded the house - Perry was there to help. He checked out the electrical panel that had been under a waterfall of water the night before and assured me that everything was safe. John came highly recommended - my real estate agent sang his praises when giving me John's phone number. She was right! I was very lucky to find John because he truly cares about the projects he takes on. We are currently involved in the 4th month of a massive home reno - and John has been with us every step of the way! In the planning stages, we decided to install a new 2-piece bathroom on the main floor (huge job) and expand our 2nd floor bathroom into the spare room next to it (another huge job). We needed to find the right company to handle this kind of job, so we got references (my agent), asked about licensing, made sure they had insurance and received a written quote (Mike Holmes would have been proud). It paid off because not only is John a talented plumber, he's been SO helpful with the rest of our reno. He helped me find other talented, caring contractors like himself to work with on the site. The best thing? When I made a mistake and hired the WRONG company to install a simple dishwasher, John came over IMMEDIATELY to help survey the damage.
