We had an 1890 "Appartment" tacked on to the back of our 1856 home. The only way into this part of the home was through a secret passage in a closet. This was a massive space with a sagged floor that we wanted turned into a master bed and bath. Jay and his team were able to provide normal access to this space. Safely level the floor and make our dream space, including new wireing (replacing nob and tube), new plubing (replacing galvanized) and just doing a great job overal. They were quick, clean, efficient and they listened to our concerns and directives. Jay was a pleasure to work with.
