It has been a pleasure working with Coverall. Finally a roofing company who is polite, professional, highly communicative, extremely competent and does everything they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Absolute nirvana! So many other roofing companies have various levels of service/management tripping on one another throughout the process and never seem to get anything done; need to send drones or rely on Google Earth to assess the project and want to schedule endless Zoom meetings to discuss your roofing situation. This wastes an inordinate amount of time, delays the job getting done and ends up costing more money. Too much talking and not enough doing. In the deregulated roofing industry it has been my absolute pleasure to find Coverall. Good solid work ethic and values, pride of workmanship and respect for their customer. A perfect experience!
