We engaged Revi's team to support a major renovation to our basement, including adding a spa bathroom, kitchenette/bar, theatre room as well as office/bedroom via a convertible murphy bed/desk. We also had a very tight time constraint (looking to have it finished within 3 months). Now, through no fault of their own (supply chain issues...thanks, pandemic ><), it ended up taking about twice that long. HOWEVER! It was absolutely fabulous upon completion, and we were very much thrilled with the end results :). Revi took all of our (many) ideas, and produced a cohesive, thoughtful and beautiful design, while keeping it very functional. Revi also gently redirected us to other options, when what we were hoping for was not feasible (alas, no barn doors). The renovation team (led by her husband, Steve) did an excellent job of realizing that vision, following up with us throughout. Steve always took the time to talk through with us our questions and issues, to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Revi's team also dealt with an unexpected architectural issue EXTREMELY quickly and cost effectively, bringing in a structural engineer when an issue with a support pillar was discovered (the whole thing was resolved within a week from identification). Also, though her team was fully allocated over the summer, they were still willing to take on the job and were very attentive throughout, which we very much appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend Monaco Interiors to anyone looking to do a home renovation. Thank you, Revi (and Steve) for yet another excellent job! (they also reno'd our main floor previously, which was also fabulous)

We found Revi through Homestars. We interviewed 3 different designers to handle a major reno of our main floor, and ended up choosing Revi based on her portfolio, her professionalism, and our comfort level with her. Revi came up with the new floor plan including new kitchen plan, lighting plan, suppliers, recommended all the contractors, made recommendations on all the fixtures, colours, floors, walls, custom furniture, EVERYTHING!!! She understood the look we were going for, and did a very good job in keeping that in mind and ensuring our (somewhat medieval/gothic) style was evident throughout. She was very prompt in responding to all questions and concerns, and always very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend her to others. Thank you Revi!!

The home inspection appeared very thorough and took about 4 hours. Tom was friendly and very knowledgeable, taking his time to explain every aspect of what he was observing. He found things that our prior inspector had missed, including some water damage in the basement, amongst other details. I would not hesitate to recommend Clearview for those who were looking for a quality home inspection.

We called and got a quote within a few days from Bill, who was extremely helpful, and provided alot of detail on what needed to be fixed, and which fixes to prioritize (we have a few masonry issues). I will also mention the quote from A&A was $1300 cheaper than the other quote we had obtained. Once the chimney rebuild work was scheduled. James and Jordan showed up exactly on time, finished two hours early, and did an amazing job in rebuilding the chimney, and volunteered to clean all our eavestroughs as well!! There was absolutely no garbage left when they were done (not even any of the eavestrough gunge). Bill had advised we wouldn't have an exact brick color match on the rebuild compared to our existing, but I can barely see the difference. Thank you A&A for doing such a great job, we will be calling you again!
