William came to service our furnace and heat pump. He noticed our water tank relief valve was slowly dripping. He also noticed that the bonding wire to ground was not connected to the iron gas piping and so connected that. He found that the furnace and heat pump were operating at the same time during heating mode and the heat pump kept cycling off on high pressure fault. The thermostat setting hadn't been set for dual fuel but for heat pump with electric fan coil, so he configured the thermostat and now the high pressure faults have stopped with the configuration corrected.
