I have read other reviews and can't believe we are dealing with the same company. I have had nothing but problems from day one. They did not return phone calls or emails when I had problems post installation, for 2 weeks all I got was automated emails stating the problem would be fixed "tomorrow ", after multiple calls and emails someone was sent to fix the incorrect installation. A couple of weeks later I discovered there was water leaking into the furnace again it took several calls/emails for them to send out local company to fix the problem but several weeks later that company called me to say they had not yet been pain and no one at Nikom was responding to their calls or emails. I had to threaten to stop payment before they finally paid them. The promised credit on my gas bill that was supposed to be applied on the "next billing cycle " took 3 1/2 months and the promised rebate has yet to appear, it has now been 5 1/2 months that I have been dealing with this awful company. Absolutely terrible customer service!!
