I posted a need for emergency repair of my stove which had just stopped working. Response received within 5 minutes of my submission. Manny and I scheduled an appointment. He called to confirm ahead of time and was on time and very professional. Manny located the problem and due to my skill set he informed me that the plug in cord had failed but I would be able to effect repairs by myself.
