After months of being lead on with another contracting company, who kept saying what we wanted wasn't possible, causing delays and blaming the city, I decided to jump ship and reach out to Reno Rabbit. Within a week of contacting them, they came in, got the inspector on site and got all the amendments made on the drawing for the permits that we wanted done without any hassle or additional cost to us. What the other company made seem impossible they did the simple thing, proposed the plan to the inspector and got it passed. The changes saved us a ton of money, gave us more functional square footage in the process and higher ceilings. It was a win win. With the construction of universal washroom, HVAC, electrical, everything was done on time according to the schedule. The whole team was so helpful in helping decide all the finishing touches, sharing there experiences with complete transparency, they helped create a beautiful space for me to run my business from.
