Brett Houle (owner/operator) comes off as a very dishonest person who would resort to anything, it seems, to get his money. My encounter with him was while he was booting cars at the TD parking lot. He refused to take off the boot on my car unless I paid 95$ even though there was no legitimate reason to boot it. I had my TD receipt but he refused to accept it. When I asked to speak to management at DriveWatch he made up a story that his manager was at camp. He conveniently left out the fact that he was the owner and operator himself. He make up a story about how his manager would review the tapes and pretended to call his boss and get me a discount. When I got back to work and checked out DriveSecure I was thoroughly disgusted that Brett would make up things and put on such a show just to make his 75$. What's worse still is that he is not accountable to anyone and is getting away with his extortion and untruths.
